Payment

E-COM WIZARDS LLC accepts online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and ApplePay.

Payment will only be charged to your account once the physical item has been shipped or the virtual product has been created unless otherwise agreed or indicated on the order.

Reserved Amount
When using a payment, debit, or credit card, the purchase amount is reserved. This amount remains reserved until the store processes and ships your order.

When the order is shipped, the reserved amount will be deducted from your account. The reservation duration depends on the product or service.

Debit Card Authorization
When using a debit card, funds will appear as reserved on your account, reducing your available balance.

If you or the store cancel the order, the store will not withdraw the money, but the reserved amount may still appear on your account for a few days.

Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can cancel this reservation.

Credit Card Authorization
Funds will be charged to your account when the store processes your order payment. The transaction will then appear on your bank statement.

Warranty and Guarantee

Products come with a 12-month warranty. The amount will be charged to the cardholder when the product is shipped.

The warranty covers all software, material, and manufacturing defects. Claims for defects must be reported to E-COM WIZARDS LLC within a reasonable time after receiving the goods.

A maximum of one month is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed. Reasonable shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Warranty rights are void if the goods have been handled improperly or unusually.
