U.S. Shipping
All orders within the U.S. are shipped via USPS or other trusted carriers, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery.
Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after shipping. Order processing may take up to 3 business days before shipment.
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your purchase without delay!
International Shipping
Most international deliveries are shipped via DHL, but once they reach the destination country, they are handed over to the local postal service.
Delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days, though in some cases, it may take longer. We wish we could provide more precise details, but due to the complexity of international shipping, this is not possible. Order processing may take up to 3 business days.
Priority Order Processing
If you pay an additional fee for priority order processing, we will prioritize your order. This ensures your order is printed and packed faster than regular orders.
Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries
Delivery timelines are agreed upon in advance with customers. Customers who fail to collect their order by the agreed delivery date will be notified via phone or email.
If the order is not collected within 5 days of the scheduled delivery notification, the order will be destroyed and cannot be refunded.
Customers who request a redelivery because they could not collect their package will be charged a redelivery and handling fee of $13 USD.
Customers who repeatedly fail to collect their orders may have their future orders restricted or their account closed.
VAT and Customs Duties
Some countries charge customs duties or value-added tax (VAT) on shipments from our international locations.
You are responsible for any taxes or fees your government may impose on the delivery of your package.
Mediva Labs will do its best to provide the most reliable international shipping possible, but much of the process is beyond our control and depends on your country’s postal authorities and systems.
