Refund policy

Our return policy is 90 days, which means you have 90 days to request a refund from the date you received the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, i.e., unused and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to accept or refuse the return.

Items returned without our return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong product, so that we can assess and rectify the problem.

We cannot accept returns on promotional products or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the product you want is to contact us immediately at contact@mediva-labs.com so we can review your case and direct you to the appropriate decision.

Deliveries and unannounced or refused orders
Delivery times are agreed with customers in advance. Customers who fail to collect their order by the agreed delivery date will be notified by telephone or e-mail.

If the customer does not collect the order within 5 days of the scheduled delivery notification, the order will be destroyed and therefore non-refundable.

However, customers who request a new delivery because they have been unable to collect their parcel will be charged a reshipment and handling fee of $13 USD.

Customers who repeatedly fail to collect their order may have future orders restricted or their account closed.

Returns
Once a return has been approved, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will inform you when we have received and checked your return and let you know if it is approved.

If the return is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to you via your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and register the refund.
